My Process

I have been in business for a few years now and I have learned alot and things have changed. There are a few updates and changes to my business.

Custom orders are now open during specific periods of time and will only be approved if order is over $100. It takes a lot of time and individualized focus to create a custom piece(s). I will announce when that will be and I will post on all social platforms. I have changed from doing solely custom orders because of the stress and demand. It was really hard doing custom projects quickly without acknowledging the expense and time needed. 

My website shows whats available and what I have recently made. Some are ready to ship right away and some pieces are stored away ready for final prep and buffing. I do this because I am a small business and its only me and its what I can afford to do. I dont buy cheap supplies so sometimes the prices and time it takes to create a project varies. I will post base prices and what services I now offer.

  • When you want to order from me, I will make sure what you want is available first and if you are satisfied with your order before I accept your payment. (Unless a commissioned piece, (please see below for more info)
  • If you are ordering a custom order, transparency is key and I will finalize your order before I process or take your payment. (If you are ordering a large custom piece (s), you will have to request a consultation through my Facebook business page)
  • If you want a service then you can go through my BUSINESS Facebook page, not my personal. Going through my business page will ensure faster responses, its one of the reasons I got a business page. 
  • Prices are different depending on what sale channel you use, I do that because Facebook has certain restrictions and my website/shopify is easier to process and ship orders.
  • Anything that you order will receive multiple quality checks before I ship out because I do not play when it comes to my customers.

Due to the Covid restrictions; personalized products are non refundable, if items are damaged please see refund polices for more info. Returns are not available right now  ONLY before order is shipped but we can always work something out if unsatisfied. 
***PLEASE NOTE: ADEQUATE TIME IS NEEDED FOR LARGE AND COMPLEX ORDERS***

***Complex orders are anything that requires more than 3 art mediums and designs that are meticulous and detailed. 

*Commissioned orders or commissioned art pieces need to be requested through the art commission form. Once filled out with desired, description and request, I will send notifications as needed. Once commissioned art request is approved and 50% down payment is paid, I will begin my work. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due before any work is started on commissioned piece. Once a commissioned piece is started the 50% (non refundable) down payment is to ensure no supplies or time is wasted*.
