Each JuniperzAtelier piece is handmade with care in New York City and shipped directly from our studio. Every order is packed securely and sent with love, ensuring your piece arrives safely and on time.
U.S. Shipping
Jewelry and small items ship via USPS First Class Mail and typically arrive in 2–5 business days.
Larger home décor items, such as trays and coasters, are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 days) with tracking included.
We use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible and include protective padding for resin goods.
Local Pickup & Delivery (NYC)
Local Pickup: Free from our Manhattan studio. Choose Local Pickup at checkout, and you’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
Local Delivery: Available for most NYC zip codes for $5, or free on qualifying orders ($40–$75+). Deliveries typically arrive within 2–3 days of purchase.
International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Processing Time
Each item is made to order. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, but updates will be communicated promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every JuniperzAtelier creation is handmade, we accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@juniperzcreations.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve your issue quickly and with care.

- Choose Local Pickup or Local Delivery if you’re in NYC to save on shipping time and cost.
- All packages ship with USPS tracking and optional insurance.
